- 2 whole grain tortillas
- hot sauce and pepper to taste
- Snack 1.: a handful of almonds
- Lunch: Turkey sandwich
- six slices of deli sliced turkey
- small amount of mayonnaise
- salad greens from a bag
- hot sauce
- 2 slices multi-grain bread
- Snack 2: leftover fajita
- 1 flour tortilla
- leftover grilled chicken, onions and green pepper, reheated in microwave
- dab of sour cream
- Dinner: KFC Grilled chicken dinner
- 2 pieces of grilled chicken, skin on. 1 breast, 1 thigh
- approx 2 oz mac & cheese
- approx 3 oz green beans
- 1 biscuit, dry
- Snack 3:
- 1 Chobani Strawberry Yogurt
